Who am I?

My name is Paul Richards, based in London. I'm a Network Manager with over 20 years' experience managing school server, network, and client infrastructure, MIS/timetabling systems, and IT support teams — currently at North Star Community Trust.

What I do

I work with the Microsoft ecosystem — Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio), Microsoft 365, and IT infrastructure automation. Over the years I've built things like help desk systems, school timetable/calendar sync tools, and security hardening checks, alongside smaller scripts and utilities.
